Below I answer a very good question from Ik. "Jesus Christ said, all my Father has given me, I have kept them, none are lost. No one can come to me unless the Father draws him. My question is, any man dies without believing in Christ because God the Father did not draw him; Who will be blamed (held responsible) on judgment day???

Another very good question. Jesus gave us the answer in John 3. Of course most people only focus on John 3:16 but if they read the whole chapter it reveals the whole truth. Let's take a look:

18 "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God." John 3:18-21

Jesus declares that anyone who believes that He is the Son of God, meaning God in human flesh and that His death on the cross, burial and resurrection, will not be judge guilty for being a sinner. This my friend is a pardon. You and I are guilty, because we trust in Jesus to pay the penalty for our sins, God punishes Jesus in our place then gives us Jesus's righteousness. That's the gospel, hence we can never be condemned by God for being a sinner. It's not that we are innocent, we are not! Jesus takes the wrath of God upon Himself. There must be a payment for sins and the only acceptable payment to God is blood through the death of the sinner.

Next Jesus declares that the person who does not believe the gospel IS ALREADY CONDEMNED. It's not that they will be condemned in the future. No, no, no!!! They are born a guilty God hating sinner therefore everyone is a sinner by birth. Listen to Peter,

17 And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct RECEIVED BY TRADITION (this means inherited by birth) FROM YOUR FATHERS, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 20 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you 21 who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 1 Peter 1:17-21

Next Jesus tells us the reason people will not be saved. This is the only reason given to us in the Bible directly from the mouth of God. Ready, here it is:

MEN LOVED DARKNESS RATHER THAN LIGHT, because their deeds were evil. 20 For EVERYONE PRACTICING EVIL HATES THE LIGHT and DOES NOT COME TO THE LIGHT, lest his deeds should be exposed. John 3:19-20

There you have it. Not only do the love darkness but notice, they HATE the light. Jesus is the light of the world therefore they HATE GOD!

Now that we have read exactly what the scriptures declares, what's the conclusion? Who is responsible?

36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life (remember Jesus is the way, truth and LIFE), BUT THE WRATH OF GOD (continually) ABIDES ON HIM (forever, and ever, and ever!)." John 3:36

God says that the sinner is responsible because the sinner hates God and refuses to come to God. It was true in Jesus' day and it is true in our day. Listen to the Lord Jesus Christ,
21 Then Jesus said to them again, "I am going away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come."
22 So the Jews said, "Will He kill Himself, because He says, 'Where I go you cannot come'?"
23 And He said to them, "You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." John 8:21-24

37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. John 6:37

40 BUT YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COME TO ME that you may have life. John 5:40

That's it my friend. People that end up in hell ultimately refuse to come to Christ. Who refuses? The scriptures says that the sinner refuses!
