The problem with your statement is that the premise is not biblical. Do you really believe that Israel is fighting against Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, or any other nation? That is not what the scriptures states. Let me put you in remembrance from the past, present, and future.

First from biblical history:

5 "Woe to Assyria, the rod of My anger and the staff in whose hand is My indignation.

6 I WILL SEND HIM AGAINST AN UNGODLY NATION (Israel) will send him against an ungodly nation, and against the people of My wrath I will give him charge, to seize the spoil, to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets.

Verse 7 is absolutely mindboggling! Especially for those who holds the false doctrine that God never force people to do things against "their will". How foolish! The LORD God is a Potentate! As it is written; 3 But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases. Psalms 115:3 and again; 6 Whatever the LORD pleases He does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deep places. Psalms 135:6

Some of you are still saying, "that's not right, that isn't fair."

7 YET HE (Assyria) DOES NOT MEAN SO, NOR DOES HIS HEART THINK SO; BUT IT IS (only) IN HIS HEART TO DESTROY, AND CUT OFF NOT A FEW NATIONS. (Assyria had no intentions of being God's rod of anger to punish His people Israel but it did not matter what Assyria wanted to do nor their reason for doing it. Although God was using Assyria to do HIS WILL, yet God states Woe to Assyria. Why? Because the sinner alone is always responsible for his own sins! God, the Lord, the Almighty, is HOLY!)

I will let God answer you directly: 12 Therefore it shall come to pass, WHEN THE LORD HAS PERFORMED ALL HIS WORK on Mount Zion and on Jerusalem, that He (the LORD) will say, "I WILL PUNISH THE FRUIT OF THE ARROGANT HEART OF THE (sinner but in this case it is) the king of Assyria, and the glory of his haughty looks."

13 (this is what every sinner says to the Lord and why all are worthy of hell) For he says: "By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom, for I am prudent; Also I have removed the boundaries of the people, and have robbed their treasuries; So I have put down the inhabitants like a valiant man. 14 My hand has found like a nest the riches of the people, and as one gathers eggs that are left, I have gathered all the earth; and there was no one who moved his wing, nor opened his mouth with even a peep." 15 Shall the ax boast itself against him who chops with it? Or shall the saw exalt itself against him who saws with it? As if a rod could wield itself against those who lift it up,

Or as if a staff could lift up, as if it were not wood! Isaiah 10:12-15

8 For he says, 'Are not my princes altogether kings? 9 Is not Calno like Carchemish? Is not Hamath like Arpad? Is not Samaria like Damascus? 10 As my hand has found the kingdoms of the idols, whose carved images excelled those of Jerusalem and Samaria, 11 As I have done to Samaria and her idols, shall I not do also to Jerusalem and her idols?'" 14 'But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe all these commandments,

I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17 I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies.

Those who hate you shall reign over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you. Leviticus 26:14-17

18 'And AFTER ALL THIS, if you do not obey Me, then I WILL PUNISH YOU SEVEN TIMES MORE FOR YOUR SINS. 19 I will break the pride of your power; Leviticus 26:18-19

21 'THEN, if you walk contrary to Me, and ARE NOT WILLING TO OBEY ME, I WILL BRING ON YOU SEVEN TIMES MORE PLAGUES, ACCORDING TO YOUR SINS. Leviticus 26:21

23 'And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me,

24 THEN I ALSO WILL WALK CONTRARY TO YOU (not good) AND I WILL PUNISH YOU YET SEVEN TIMES FOR YOUR SINS. Leviticus 26:23-24

27 'And AFTER ALL THIS, if you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me, 28 then I also will walk contrary to you IN FURY (Oh my!); and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. Leviticus 26:27-28

34 Then the land shall enjoy its sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in your enemies' land; then the land shall rest and enjoy its sabbaths. 35 As long as it lies desolate it shall rest— for the time it did not rest on your sabbaths when you dwelt in it.

36 'And as for those of you who are left, I will send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; the sound of a shaken leaf shall cause them to flee; they shall flee as though fleeing from a sword, and they shall fall when no one pursues. 37 They shall stumble over one another, as it were before a sword, when no one pursues; and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies. 38 You shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. 39 And those of you who are left shall waste away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; also in their fathers' iniquities, which are with them, they shall waste away. Leviticus 26:34-39

Do you still believe that Israel's problem is with Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and the others?

1 Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2 "Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. 4 I WILL TURN YOU AROUND, PUT HOOKS INTO YOUR JAWS, AND LEAD YOU OUT, (WHERE ARE THEY GOING?) with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you. 7 "Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companies that are gathered about you; and be a guard for them. 8 After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel (OH SNAP, GOD IS TAKING THEM TO ISRAEL), which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. 9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you." Ezekiel 38:1-9

18 "And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," says the Lord GOD, "that My fury will show in My face. 19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.' 21 I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains," says the Lord GOD. "Every man's sword will be against his brother. 22 And I will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. (WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS, LORD?) THEN THEY SHALL KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD."' Ezekiel 38:18-23
