The Revelation of the Rapture part 2

This is the second rebuke of Tracy Johnson concerning his false doctrine on the rapture of the Church. Again, this is not meant to be an exhaustive study but a correction of false teachings.

Tracy stated that “The Rapture is a man-made invention from the late 1800’s by John Nelson Darby from the Plymouth Brethren.”

Yet like Enoch and Elijah, the Lord God has promised to save His Church, the born again believers from this day of wrath by removing them from this earth prior to the start of the 7 years of Tribulation - the Day of the Lord. What does the scriptures declare?

9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, WE SHALL BE SAVED FROM WRATH THROUGH HIM (Christ). Romans 5:9

9 For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, 10 and TO WAITH FOR HIS SON FROM HEAVEN, whom He raised from the dead, EVEN JESUS WHO DELIVERS US FROM THE WRATH TO COME. 1 Thessalonians 1:9-10

What does this wrath looks like?

6 since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you, 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed. 2 Thessalonians 1:6-10

But for us who believe only joy, rejoicing, and comfort;

8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 FOR GOD DID NOT APPOINT US TO WRATH, BUT TO OBTAIN SALVATION THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIS, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.

11 Therefore COMFORT EACH OTHER and edify one another, just as you also are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:8-11
