Why does Satan want all souls to go with him to hell?

That is not a biblical statement, and the scriptures does not teach that. Satan himself does not want to go to hell neither does the demons.

26 Then they sailed to the country of the Gadarenes, which is opposite Galilee. 27 And when He stepped out on the land, there met Him a certain man from the city who had demons for a long time. And he wore no clothes, nor did he live in a house but in the tombs. 28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out, fell down before Him, and with a loud voice said, "What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg You, do not torment me!" 29 For He had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For it had often seized him, and he was kept under guard, bound with chains and shackles; and he broke the bonds and was driven by the demon into the wilderness.

30 Jesus asked him, saying, "What is your name?"

And he said, "Legion," because many demons had entered him. 31 AND THEY BEGGED HIM THAT HE WOULD NOT COMMAND THEM TO GO OUT INTO THE ABYSS.

32 Now a herd of many swine was feeding there on the mountain. SO THEY BEGGED HIM that He would permit them to enter them. And He permitted them. 33 Then the demons went out of the man and entered the swine, and the herd ran violently down the steep place into the lake and drowned. Luke 8:26-33

They don't even want to go into the abyss where there are demons locked away in chains because they are so evil. They definitely don't want to go to the lake of fire.

10 The devil, who deceived them, WAS CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE AND BRIMSTONE where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. Revelation 20:10

Did you notice that the devil was cast into hell and didn't voluntarily jump in! No friend, the devil wants to be worshipped like God. 12 "How you are fallen from heaven,

O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! 13 For you have said in your heart: I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I WILL BE LIKE THE MOST HIGH.' 15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,

To the lowest depths of the Pit. 16 "Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: 'Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms, 17 Who made the world as a wilderness and destroyed its cities,

Who did not open the house of his prisoners?' Isaiah 14:12-17

Notice Satan says that he will be "like the Most High" and not above or defeat the Most High. He knows that that is impossible however he thought it was possible to be like the Lord God.

He even attempted to get Jesus who is God in human flesh, to worship him.

9 And he said to Him, "All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me." Matthew 4:9

Satan will fight until the very end but his fate is sealed.

7 Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. 9 They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them. 10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. Revelation 20:7-10

Satan does not want you to go to hell. He wants you to worship him. If you are not worshipping God through Christ by being born (created) again from above the you are in fact a worshipper of Satan and he is your father.

I plead with you to be reconciled to God by begging God to save you by means of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ His Son. Confess that you know you are a wicked wretched filthy sinner who deserves hell and you need a Savior. Beg God to save you by applying the blood sacrifice of Jesus to your sins thereby imputing Jesus's righteousness to you. That's the only method God has given humans for salvation.

8 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 20 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you 21 who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 1 Peter 1:18-21

12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:17-21
